Job Title: Automation Test Engineer

Employment Type: Casual Contract (The engagement will be for initial six months)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Cypress.
n
Build and execute mobile automation frameworks using Appium or similar tools.
n
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
n
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and defect triaging.
n
Drive continuous integration and delivery practices for automated testing.
n




Mentor junior team members and contribute to QA best practices and process improvements.
n
(Optional) Utilize JMeter for performance and load testing as needed.
n
n
Required Skills:
n
n
Hands-on experience with Cypress (Mandatory)
n
Proficiency in mobile test automation using Appium or similar tools (Mandatory)
n
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum setting
n
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
n
n
Preferred Skills:
n
n
Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter
n
Previous experience in leading QA efforts or mentoring team members
