About the Role

Our client, a leading commercial builder, is seeking an experienced and motivated HSEQ Advisor to join their team in Perth. Reporting directly to the HSEQ Manager, this role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) systems across commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide technical HSEQ advice to project teams and stakeholders
n
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits
n
Support subcontractors in developing and documenting safe systems of work
n
Assist Site Managers in reviewing and monitoring subcontractor HSEQ performance
n
Manage incident and injury reporting, investigation, and follow-up
n
Contribute to the development and administration of HSEQ management systems
n
Assist with internal and external audits to maintain compliance standards
n
n

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a team-first mindset
n
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
n
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
Current C Class Driver's Licence
n
Desirable: Relevant trade qualification and/or previous experience within the commercial construction industry
n
