About the role
n
n
Deliver advanced, patient-centred nursing care with a high level of clinical expertise, autonomy and sound clinical decision-making.
n
Provide leadership within the clinical environment, promoting safe, high-quality care and service excellence.
n
Coordinate and lead the multidisciplinary team, including acting as Shift Coordinator for the ward or unit.
n
Support, supervise and mentor nursing staff and students to foster professional growth and a positive team culture.
n
Drive continuous improvement through education, research, quality initiatives, and evaluation of clinical practice.
n

About you
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) through AHPRA is essential.
n
Relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable; or commitment to completing one within an agreed timeframe will be supported.
n
Deliver advanced, person-centred clinical care using expert assessment,



critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
n
Demonstrate exceptional clinical leadership, professionalism and communication, creating a positive culture of accountability and excellence.
n

What we offer

Total remuneration value of up to $139,252 p.a. is comprised of:

An hourly rate between $***** - $***** p.h.
