Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of work, we are seeking Engineers at all levels, from early-career professionals through to experienced engineers, to join our growing Dams & Hydropower business.

The Opportunity
n
This is an excellent opportunity to build your career while working alongside industry leaders on a diverse range of dams and hydropower projects.
n
Depending on your experience, you will contribute to technical design, engineering analysis, project delivery, client engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration across the full project lifecycle.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support the planning, analysis and design of dams and hydropower projects.
n
Prepare engineering assessments, calculations, reports and technical documentation.
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
n
Assist with dam safety assessments, inspections and risk reviews.
n
Support project delivery through effective coordination and communication.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
n




Contribute to solving complex engineering challenges across a range of projects.
n
n
About You
n
We're interested in hearing from engineers with a passion for dams, hydropower and renewable energy.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
n
An interest in dams, hydropower, civil or geotechnical engineering.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
n
A willingness to learn and develop within a collaborative environment.
n
n
For more experienced candidates, we would also value:
n
n
Experience delivering dams, hydropower or major infrastructure projects.
n
Knowledge of dam engineering, dam safety or relevant Australian standards.
n
Experience coordinating project tasks and working within multidisciplinary teams.
n
Client-facing, project delivery or mentoring experience.
n
