The Opportunity
n
The Bengalla Production team currently have an opportunity for a Skilled Production Technician (Step-up dispatcher) on a Permanent, Fulltime basis. Working a 12.5 hour rotating 7 day/night roster and reporting to the Mining Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, productive, and efficient operation of the Modular D6 Dispatch system and a variety of Mining Equipment.

What You'll Need
n
To be successful, you will require a Haul Truck Competency (Hitachi EH*********, Komatsu 830e/930e preferred)



and Modular D6 experience:
n
3+ years' experience in operating Heavy Mining Equipment within an Open Cut Coal Mine
n
Strong safety mindset with ability to actively identify and report hazards/incidents
n
Understanding of key production metrics and the drive to meet targets
n
Excellent communication skills
n
Enthusiasm to positively contribute to site culture and work as a team
n
High attention to detail and precision in executing tasks
n
Ability to work well under pressure
n
Proactive "Can Do" approach to work challenges.
