We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to manage and grow our established Food & Beverage customer base while identifying new business opportunities across the region.
n
This is a rare opportunity to join a market-leading organization and work with a portfolio that includes well-known multinational and local food and beverage manufacturers. While you will inherit a strong customer base, there remains significant potential to expand relationships, increase market share, and drive sustainable growth across the territory.

You Will Be Responsible For
n
n
Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, providing end-to-end service and support in line with agreed service levels.
n
Conduct site visits, including basic technical activities such as chemical dosing checks, equipment calibration, and troubleshooting.
n
Deliver product and safety training to customer teams.
n
Monitor customer inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
n
Identify opportunities to improve customer operations through new products, technologies, and sustainability initiatives.
n
Conduct business reviews and drive growth within existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.
n
Develop and present commercial proposals and technical solutions.
n
Build strong customer relationships and convert prospects into long‐term partnerships.
n
Collaborate cross‐functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or business development, with a strong track record of managing large corporate and strategic accounts.
n
A degree or diploma in a scientific or technical discipline, such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
n
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem‐solving capabilities.
n
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
n
Sound mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively.
n
A proactive, self‐motivated professional who thrives in an autonomous environment and is comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities when required.
n
Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across multiple functions and teams.
n
Full Australian working rights and a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
