Strongman & Crouch is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate, client-focused lawyer to join our highly regarded Commercial Disputes and Insolvency practice in the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

What We're Looking For
n
We're seeking a lawyer with:
n
n
2+ years PQE in commercial litigation and/or insolvency
n
A desire to build a deep, strategic skill set through direct exposure to complex, high-value disputes
n
An interest in working closely with principals and clients, not sitting behind layers of hierarchy
n
A mindset that values collaboration, initiative, and quality outcomes
n
n
This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants to be more than a cog in a large machine, thrives on meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in strategic decision-making, and seeks an environment where talent is recognised, not buried.

What the Role Involves
n

You'll collaborate closely with experienced principals and clients, often dealing directly with senior decision-makers, and:
n
working on significant and complex disputes in higher courts
n
regularly attending and instructing in court
n




engaging in mediations, negotiations, and regulatory or disciplinary enforcement actions.
n
n
