BTIG APAC in Sydney seeks a Front Office Technical Support Specialist on a 12-month contract to provide in office, frontline support to a trading and operations group of about 20 people, collaborating with APAC, US, and Hong Kong teams to keep desk tools running smoothly.

The role focuses on managing the local network, storage, data-centre, desktop and systems, resolving issues with minimal disruption, and improving reliability of desk-level tools while engaging with users and global technology
