Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst - HR Systems to join the NSW SAP Project in Sydney CBD for a 12-month contract. You will lead functional analysis, data migration, testing, cutover and implementation across SAP SuccessFactors, ECP, UKG and integrations, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT and external vendors.
Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years with SAP SuccessFactors, exposure to multiple modules, robust data mastery, and delivery-focused mindset.
