We're a fast-growing, dynamic restaurant group with a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for two hands-on Shift Supervisors to lead our team at the new Kallangur restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a positive, high-performing culture.

The Role
n
As Shift Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on leadership role ensuring smooth, high-quality daily operations, including:
n

Leading shifts and inspiring team performance
n
Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences
n
Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality
n




Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance
n
Managing inventory, stock, and ordering
n
Ensuring a clean, organized, and high-standard venue
n
Handling customer issues confidently and professionally
n
Supporting team training, culture, and operational success
n
Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives
n
n
You'll set the tone on shift, inspire your team, and make the Kallangur launch a success from day one.

What We're Looking For
n
n
1-2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused attitude
n
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
n
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
n
Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
