Job Description
This role will be involved day to day in all key aspects of DiDi ANZ operations:

Lead all key data and analytical streams for ANZ operations, and implement day to day data analytics from design to analysis and insights.
n
Monitor business performance and generate actionable insights to support the team in performing better.
n
Stay hands-on and drive excellence through problem solving and advisory.
n
Deliver strategic analysis – including in-depth ROI analysis, driver income analysis, pricing and city segmentation analysis, and user cohort analysis.
n

The Successful Applicant Will Have:
n
n
1-3 years of business experience, ideally in Business Analytics/Data Scientist roles in technology firms, consulting firms, or startups.
n
Exceptional problem solving, analytical, written, and communication skills.
n
Proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial attitude.
n




Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders indirectly.
n
Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory; the position requires daily interaction with international stakeholders.
n
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and SQL is a must; Python is preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.
n
Bachelor/Master degree in Mathematical Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
n
Relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
