Reporting into the Senior Supply Chain Manager, the Integration Manager will oversee the overall supply chain capabilities necessary to ensure a successful & seamless operation of end-to-end supply chain procedures in Myer and/or its 3PL's.
n
About the role:
n
n
Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using industry-standard technologies
n
Lead integration efforts to ensure smooth transactions across teams, systems and technologies
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business goals
n
Define & continuously update the architecture to support evolving business objectives
n
Monitor & minimise technical defects to maintain scalable, high-quality solutions
n
Build strong cross-functional relationships with the Supply Chain team & across the broader business
n
Plan and analyse capabilities to ensure the development & delivery of cost-effective, supportable products
n
Provide expertise in logistics to ensure system designs meet performance requirements
n
Identify opportunities to improve the supporting infrastructure for better efficiency, cost savings and safety
n
Offer engineering support for distribution centre operations, including inventory control, facility layout, flow optimisation & data analysis
n
Use logistics modelling tools to design efficient warehouse, transportation and supply chain solutions for proposals and ongoing operations
n
Participate in the implementation and integration of decision-support systems at logistics sites
n
Provide logistical technology support to internal teams & stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions
n
Manage transportation of raw materials and finished goods, vendor selection, negotiations & inventory control
n
Develop logistics plans to improve the distribution of goods and supplies.

About you:
n




n
Experienced leader within DC environment with a support/operations background
n
Strong Lean or Continuous improvement background
n
Exposure to systems IE WMS, ERP &/or core platform
n
High analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment is essential
n
Strong systems and inventory understanding with a DC environment
n
Demonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and systems
n
Proven change and project management skills
n
Experience in DC diligence, with experience conducting projects desirable
n
Supply Chain tertiary qualifications highly desired
n
5 years' of experience as a Solution Architect or similar Supply Chain role
n
