Our client, a leading global fintech and online trading firm, is seeking an experienced FIX API Specialist for a short‐term engagement to strengthen their FIX connectivity and support an upcoming handover to internal teams. This role is ideal for someone based in APAC who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a full assessment and gap analysis of the current server‐side FIX setup
n
Identify and document issues; deliver a concise FIX Assessment Report
n
Resolve critical FIX problems and validate fixes through structured testing
n
Update FIX specifications and create a Troubleshooting Playbook
n
(Optional) Provide internal training and deliver a clear handover document
n
n
Ideal Background
n
n




5‐10+ years of deep FIX protocol experience (session management, message flows, troubleshooting)
n
Robust server‐side or exchange‐side FIX integration background
n
Crypto exchange experience (highly desirable)
n
Ability to deliver rapid, high‐quality documentation under tight timelines
n
