The role:
n
The National Property Marketing Manager, Capital Markets, will be a key part of the team in winning new business appointments by leading the submission process, be responsible to create the marketing strategy for appointed properties, work closely with clients and agencies to implement, measure and optimise the campaign for both the client and the brand.
n
Key responsibilities:
n
n
Lead the project management and collation of submission documents and pitch approaches, including coordinating meetings and communicating with internal stakeholders on deadlines and progress.
n
Manage campaign enquiry schedules, ensuring timely fulfilment of requests for Data room access, Information Memorandums, and marketing materials.
n
Coordinate and project manage marketing, including briefing design of advertising, organizing photography and videography, and booking print and online listings.
n
Communicate new marketing advertising opportunities to the respective service lines across real estate portals and other platforms.
n
Work with the Knight Frank Central Marketing team to project manage the production of service line-specific publications, including content, property listings, and website updates.
n
Analyse post-pitch client feedback and communicate lessons learned to the team.
n
Guide and mentor other team members within Capital Markets responsible to deliver vendor paid marketing campaigns. Work closely with Knight Frank's central marketing team to develop new templates and marketing processes.

Who are we looking for?
n
n




An individual with demonstrable experience within an administration role providing support to a team or senior individual.
n
Demonstrated understanding in marketing and campaign management, ideally in the Property Industry
n
Someone with strong attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
n
A candidate with strong internal stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at a senior level.
n
An individual with exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
n
Someone with the ability to manage multi-layered projects and meet deadlines.
n
A candidate with intermediate skills in the Microsoft suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, and Adobe Design suite experience - InDesign, Photoshop etc.
n
A professional with a customer service focus and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients at all levels.
