n About You
n We are looking for Full-time Kiosk Store Manager to join the team in Chermside, Brisbane.
n The role
n

Fantastic salary package

Achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail
n
Conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings
n
Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets
n
Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support
n
Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required
n
Requirementsn
n




Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience
n
Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills
n
Experience in managing a retail team
n
Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire
n
Ability to multi-task and build relationships
n
Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
