Hiring for Senior Business Analyst / Associate Business Consultant

Domain- Travel Domain -- Microsoft dynamics business central (Mandatory)
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile software delivery team.
n
Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions.
n
Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with business goals.
n
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
n
Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
n
Develop and maintain system documentation and training material.
n
Provide leadership within project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations.
n
n
Mandatory Skills:
n
n
5+ years of experience in a similar business analyst role.
n




Extensive proven experience in key business analysis disciplines including requirements elicitation and documentation, process analysis, and organizational strategy.
n
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
n
Well developed written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
n
Attention to detail and effective organization and time management skills.
n
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
n
Experience within travel or other internet scale environments.
n
n
Preferred Skills:
n
n
Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry.
n
Knowledge in business process re engineering and improvement.
n
Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops.
n
Excellent documentation skills, both technical and non technical.
n
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly regarded.
n
UI/UX experience is highly regarded.
n
