Site Managers are sought across both the Commercial Recent build and fit-out space and the residential medium-density sector for projects managed by Prime Recruitment & Consulting with leading builders. Key Responsibilities
n

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget
n
Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
n
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
n




Ensure compliance with OH&S; requirements and quality standards
n
Report on project progress and resolve site-related challenges
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager within either commercial or residential construction
n
Strong leadership and team management skills
n
Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive successful outcomes
n
Trade or tertiary qualifications in building & construction (highly regarded)
n
