Do you have Marketing Manager experience in a FMCG or OTC Pharmaceutical business and you are looking for a new challenge? This could be it.

About the role
n
n
Lead a team of 3 and develop and execute strategies to grow share and volume
n
Manage the entire P&L; and maximise profitability whilst working cross functionally with sales, finance and all other departments
n
Develop recent products from ideation through to launch via a stage gate approval process
n
Work closely with external agencies around effective media spend across social media
n
Instigate research to determine consumer needs and feedback
n
Participate in trade account reviews and new product presentations
n
Ensure product compliance with the TGA and other authorities
n
Understand the competitors and direction of the market and trends and opportunities here and globally
n

About You

Must haves

You are a multitasker and have strong strategic skills and attention to detail
n




Your background includes OTC Pharmaceutical or FMCG marketing
n
You are a commercial beast- you know your numbers and you run your portfolio like your own business
n
You are looking for a new challenge
