The Breslin Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic wait staff and a Bartender member to join our team in Southbank.
n
We're a busy venue with a loyal local following, plenty of regulars and a great atmosphere. We believe valuable service is about making people feel welcome, paying attention to the little things and working together as a team.

What you'll be doing

Greeting guests with a smile and making them feel welcome.
n
Taking food and drink orders and providing menu recommendations.
n
Delivering food and beverages with confidence and attention to detail.
n
Keeping tables and service areas clean and organised.
n
Working closely with our kitchen and bar team to ensure a smooth service.
n
Helping create a positive experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
n

What we're looking for

n
Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred, but attitude is just as important.
n
Someone who is reliable, positive and enjoys working with people.
n
A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves during busy services.
n
Strong communication skills and a professional presentation.
n
Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
n
A current Victorian RSA.
