Senior Ecommerce Manager

Join Talent Matters as a Senior Ecommerce Manager. This role combines strategy, operations and leadership to grow our ecommerce channel.

Base Pay Range
n
A$120,000 – A$140,000 per year.

Talent Matters is a well‐known women's apparel and accessories brand based in the Inner West of Sydney with a large brick‐and‐mortar and online presence across Australia. Our office is located in St Peters and we offer 1 day of work‐from‐home per week, onsite parking and convenient proximity to the train station.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Partner with the Head of Digital to develop the ecommerce strategy aligned with company vision and business objectives.
n
Trade the site to drive online sales performance.
n
Manage the ecommerce calendar.
n
Identify and work with technology partners to implement new technologies and platforms that enhance the ecommerce experience.
n
Identify new market opportunities, vendors and potential areas for growth to expand the ecommerce footprint.
n
Coordinate with product development, supply chain and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and seamless operations.
n
Conduct in‐depth analysis of market trends, customer behaviours and the competitive landscape to inform roadmap initiatives.
n
Manage the user experience of the website.
n




Leverage advanced analytics to monitor financial performance and implement strategies that improve ROI, efficiency and profitability.
n
Oversee and maintain SEO activities to optimise the channel, driving strategy and execution within the team.
n
Oversee and manage paid media budgets in collaboration with external agencies.
n
Develop and manage the affiliate marketing channel.
n
Lead, mentor and develop the ecommerce team, including one direct report – the Digital & Ecommerce Specialist.
n

Qualifications
n
n
4–5 years of experience in a senior ecommerce role.
n
Proactive approach with a solid drive to independently manage projects.
n
Ability to deliver outcomes while fostering collaboration.
n
Proficiency in Shopify.
n
Experience in fashion retail or beauty/accessories highly regarded.
n
