The Role

We are seeking a Luxury Experience Manager to play a key role in expanding and delivering our portfolio of exceptional experiences. This role involves collaborating with carefully selected suppliers and trade partners, ensuring seamless execution of high-end tours, and enhancing our offerings for an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities
n
Itinerary Curation & Quoting
n
n
Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with discerning travellers to craft bespoke itineraries tailored to specific interests and budgets.
n
Balance creativity with meticulous attention to detail.
n




Prepare detailed proposals and pricing within defined budgets and timelines.
n
Ensure itineraries reflect Sydney's rich culture, history, and dynamic offerings.
n
n
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
n
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, including:
n
Inbound Tour Operators (ITOs), Wholesalers, Travel Agents, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
n
Chief Concierges at Sydney's top hotels
n
Direct clients, ensuring a personalised and seamless experience
n
n
Tour Coordination & Logistics
n
n
Confirm tour bookings, issue invoices, and oversee all logistical arrangements.
n
Orchestrate flawless experiences with third-party providers, including transportation, dining, and exclusive events.
n
Maintain accurate records within our CRM platform.
n
n
Post-Tour Engagement & Quality Enhancement
n
n
Conduct follow-ups with guests and partners to gather insights and feedback.
n
Use feedback to continually refine and elevate the experience portfolio.
n
Encourage and manage guest testimonials across platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
n
n
Skills & Qualifications
n
n
Preferred: Experience in the luxury tourism or travel industry.




n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Exceptionally strong time management and attention to detail
n
Ability to work independently and proactively.
n
In-depth knowledge of Sydney's cultural, culinary, and hospitality landscape.
