We've been looking for a practical, commercially‐minded Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function, bringing structure, clarity, and measurable impact.

This is not a purely strategic or abstract role. It's a hands‐on leadership position where you'll shape direction and deliver outcomes that directly support business growth.

What you'll be doing:

Develop and execute a practical, results‐driven marketing strategy aligned to growth targets
n
Drive qualified lead generation and support pipeline development across business units
n
Partner with Sales on tenders, key accounts, and campaigns
n
Own and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all channels
n
Leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve efficiency, insights, and campaign performance
n
Lead a small marketing team and manage external partners
n
Improve the quality, consistency, and impact of all marketing collateral
n
Establish and track clear, measurable KPIs (e.g.



lead conversion, campaign ROI, pipeline contribution)
n
Continuously analyse performance and refine approach based on data
n

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in industrial, engineering, or project‐based environments
n
Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with practical execution
n
Robust understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing (content, analytics, automation, etc.)
n
Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity
n
Experience working closely with Sales and operational teams
n
Ability to operate effectively in a grounded, engineering‐led business
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
Established, growing WA business with a strong reputation
n
