This newly appointed leadership position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Board and senior stakeholders while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a successful and growing organisation.

The Opportunity
n
As General Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the operational performance of the firm and translating strategic objectives into tangible outcomes.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Leading the firm's day-to-day operations across finance, people and culture, technology, administration and business support functions.
n
Partnering closely with the Board and Shareholders to execute strategic initiatives.
n
Driving operational efficiency, governance and business performance.
n
Overseeing budgeting, financial management and reporting processes.
n
Supporting and developing high-performing teams and leaders.
n
Managing key external service providers and business partners.
n
Contributing to board reporting, business planning and organisational growth initiatives.
n

About You
n




You are a commercially minded and people-focused leader who thrives in complex skilled services environments.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Senior management experience within a professional services, legal, accounting or consulting environment.
n
Experience working directly with Boards, Partners, Directors or Shareholders.
n
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting and business planning.
n
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
n
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence across diverse personalities and viewpoints.
n
A track record of driving operational improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
n
