We are currently in search of a Level 2/L3 Network Engineer specialising in Cisco technologies!
n
As a Network Engineer, your role involves offering daily operational assistance to the company. You'll address second level faults primarily related to Cisco products, showcasing your problem-solving skills and ensuring customer satisfaction.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routing, switching, wireless, and voice systems.
n
Address and escalate client requests promptly.
n
Offer assistance both onsite and remotely as needed.
n
Offer guidance and mentorship to junior L1 engineers.
n
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Skills & Experience:
n
n
Proficiency in Network Configuration on Cisco.
n
Proficient in Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki.
n
Proficient with Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365.
n
Proficiency in networking concepts, including routers and switches.
n
Hold Industry certifications e.g (Cisco/Fortinet).
n
Must have MSP Experience.
