The Opportunity

A well-established accounting and advice practice on the Sutherland Shire is looking for a Financial Adviser to join a tight-knit team. Built over more than a decade on referrals and genuine client relationships, this is a practice with real depth and a loyal, growing client base.

This is not a hunting role. The work is there. They need the right person to step in, own their client relationships and grow with the business.

The Position
n

Managing and growing a portfolio of warm, referred clients across accumulators, high net wealth individuals and intergenerational family groups
n
Delivering comprehensive advice with mentorship from an experienced adviser
n
Working closely with accountants within the same business on integrated client outcomes
n
n
About You
n

Around 3 years experience as an adviser, on the register and client-facing
n
Confident enough to run your own meetings and own your relationships
n
The maturity and personality to connect across a diverse client base
n
Someone who wants to put down roots in the Shire, not use it as a stepping stone
n
