The Role

As Head of Sales, you will lead the national sales strategy and manage a close‐knit team of experienced sales professionals across key markets. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding retail and commercial partnerships, and ensuring alignment with global objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the national sales strategy.

Lead, coach, and mentor a high‐performing sales team.

Build and strengthen relationships with retail, developer, and commercial partners.
n
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
n
Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
n

The Candidate
n
n
10+ years' experience in sales or commercial roles, within design‐led manufacturing, consumer goods, or home solution products.
n
5+ years' leadership experience – ability to lead and inspire a team in a growth‐stage environment.
n
Strong track record in strategic sales planning and execution.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
n
Commercially astute, proactive, and results‐driven.
