Job Description
Senior Speech Pathologist – Hearth (Melbourne, Australia)
n
Base pay: A$90,000 – A$120,000 per year. Additional PD budget of $2,000 per year.
n
Hearth is a trusted NDIS-registered provider committed to high-quality, person-centred support. We're looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist who will support clients with a range of communication needs and help our multidisciplinary team deliver outstanding care.

About The Role
n
n
Manage a diverse NDIS caseload across a variety of disabilities.
n
Work with children (9+) and adults in homes, schools, and community settings.
n
Support clients with AAC,
swallowing/dysphagia,
and complex communication needs.
n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and PBS Practitioners.
n
Provide supervision and mentoring to early-career Speech Pathologists.
n
Support quality practice improvement and contribute to broader clinical projects.
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
n
Minimum 3 years of experience (preferred).
n
Experience in the disability and/or community sector (preferred).
n
Skills in AAC,
swallowing/dysphagia,
and complex communication needs.
n
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
n
A collaborative, team-focused approach and comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment.
n
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice.
n
Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to obtain.
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Working with Children Check (Victoria).
n
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
n
