Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of CRM / D365 CE solutions.
n
Define and implement best practices for CRM / D365 CE OOTB configurations and customizations.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in CRM / D365 CE solution design.
n
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth operation of CRM / D365 CE systems.
n
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical skills and capabilities.
n
Stay updated on the latest CRM / D365 CE trends, updates, and features to propose innovative solutions.
n
Experience with CRM integration with 3rd Party systems using APIs / Power Platform
n
Experience with Azure Integration –
APIM/LogicApps/Function
Apps
n
Experience in developing PowerBI reports from Dataverse and other databases like SQL
n

Skill Requirements

Strong proficiency in CRM / D365 CE OOTB functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
n
Extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing CRM / D365 CE implementation projects.
n
In-depth knowledge of CRM / D365 CE architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex CRM / D365 CE issues.
n
Robust communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
n
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality CRM / D365 CE solutions.

PowerBI reports
n
