About the Role
n
As Senior Risk and Compliance Uplift Advisor you will:
n
n
Work with the GM Risk and Compliance to strengthen assurance practices
n
Shape and embed frameworks, tools and templates that drive consistency
n
Engage with stakeholders to identify key risks and controls
n
Build capability within the risk and compliance team
n
Influence and guide senior leaders
n
n




Initial contract of six months with a strong likelihood of extension.
n
About You
n
You bring:
n
n
7+ years' experience in risk, compliance or assurance roles
n
Strong capability in implementing assurance methodologies and frameworks
n
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide constructive challenge
n
Relevant qualifications (CRMA or similar highly regarded)
n
Experience uplifting both processes and people within complex or regulated environments
n
