Expertise and experience
n
n
Highly competitive salary & sign‐on bonus.

Minimum 7 years' PAE in property law.
n
Sales and purchases of residential and commercial real estate, experience with off the plan developments an advantage (not essential).
n
Leasing documentation for landlord and/or tenant.
n
Sale and purchase of business transactions and contract advice.
n
Knowledge of all property related legislation
n
Maintains a well‐established network of clients, referrers, and industry contacts.
n
Demonstrates solid financial acumen and business development capability, achieving personal and team billing and revenue goals through effective client relationship management.
