About the Role
n
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a critical stream within a major transformation program. This role focuses on transitioning core technology ecosystems to a recent target state solution, ensuring successful registry migration and integration of surrounding systems. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver end‐to‐end project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the core registry platform migration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
n
Coordinate planning and design activities across multiple teams, including data platforms, correspondence management, reporting, analytics, and external integrations.
n
Manage end‐to‐end implementation from requirements gathering through to go‐live, including technical build, testing, and business readiness.
n
Oversee RAID logs, budgets, resource planning, and compliance with governance standards.
n
Engage and manage key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
n
Identify and manage dependencies, risks,



and issues across multiple delivery teams.
n
Support and motivate cross‐functional teams, driving accountability and innovation.
n

About You
n
n
Extensive project delivery experience in superannuation, wealth management, investments, or finance.
n
Experience with registry platforms and related ecosystems.
n
Experience managing complex platform migration projects.
n
Experience in managing target‐state software delivery.
n
Strong background in large‐scale transformation programs and multi‐stream transitions.
n
Proven expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
n
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
Financial controls, budget management, and risk resolution experience.
n
