Your Role:

Oversee budgets from $0k to 500k (majority 150k–$300k)
n
Site visits, client & builder communication, quality control, and variations
n
Work closely with experienced teams (no programming required)
n
Ensure quality, safety, timelines, and client satisfaction every step of the way

With a commitment to delivering quality outdoor spaces, we specialise in commercial projects that redefine landscapes and enhance environments.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability
n
Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to supervisor handover
n
Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission
n
Conduct take-offs and measure plans
n
Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders
n
Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information
n
Procure key items
n
Submit variations and monthly progress claims
n
Actively expand the client, subcontractor, and supplier base
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment highly desirable or field experience
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
n
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
n
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
n
