You'll be referred work from premium clients who expect Tier 1 capability with the agility and engagement that comes from working with a boutique.

Right now, they're briefing out hundreds of thousands in family law work every month. Their clients are high-net-worth individuals with complex property, commercial and restructuring matters that naturally cross into divorce and separation. They're looking for someone they can trust.

Responsibilities

Run your own practice autonomously (no hand‐holding required)
n
Earn at Partner level with a fixed draw + two bonuses – one for smashing targets, one for cross‐referrals
n
Join a modern, debt‐free firm with a younger partnership (75% female, 83% of lawyers female) that runs like a business, not an ego contest
n
Work with premium clients who expect Tier 1 capability without Tier 1 nonsense
n

Requirements
n
n
Profile in Family Law with proven success in handling complex high‐net‐worth matters.
n
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a practice.
n
Commitment to be in our Brisbane CBD office four to five days a week, active, visible and invested in the long game.
