Fractional Business Development Lead – Australia & New Zealand (Remote)

AtomAI is an AI‐powered agentic search and product discovery platform for enterprise fashion and lifestyle marketplaces & brands. We currently power AI search and discovery for large retailers across the UAE and India and are now expanding into the Australia and New Zealand market.
n
We are looking for a senior, well‐networked business development leader who can open doors, drive first meetings, and help close enterprise deals across ANZ.
n
This is a fractional, outcome‐driven role, ideal for someone operating at a leadership level who wants meaningful upside without a full‐time commitment.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Leverage an existing network across retail, e‐commerce, D2C, and marketplaces
n
Lead first conversations and discovery calls
n
Partner with AtomAI founders to run demos and close deals
n
Support early GTM strategy and partnerships in the ANZ region
n
n
Ideal Profile
n
n
8+ years in retail, e‐commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or digital transformation
n
Strong CXO, VP, and Director‐level relationships




n
Experience selling AI, search, personalisation, or data platforms
n
Commercially sharp, independent, and outcome‐focused
n
Based in Australia or New Zealand
n
n
Compensation

High commission per closed enterprise deal
