Support the development of workforce forecasting models and tools.
n
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in workforce planning.

Prepare and present workforce planning reports to senior management.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workforce planning function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workforce Planning Lead should have:

Proven experience in workforce planning or a related field within Human Resources.
n
Robust analytical skills and the ability to interpret workforce data effectively.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
n
Knowledge of workforce forecasting tools and methodologies.
n
A detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
n
