The business is embarking on a significant enterprise transformation, creating an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished finance leader to design, build and lead a next-generation Shared Services function.

Reporting to the Group CFO, this is far more than a traditional Shared Services leadership role. You will shape the future operating model, challenge existing ways of working and deliver a modern, technology-enabled finance function that creates genuine commercial value across the organisation.

The Opportunity
n
This is a highly visible executive leadership position with responsibility for developing and executing the strategy for Finance Shared Services while leading a significant transformation program across people, process, technology and operating model.

You will:
n
n
Develop and execute the future Finance Shared Services strategy and operating model.
n
Lead a major transformation across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting and broader finance support services.
n
Review the current onshore and offshore delivery model and determine the optimal future-state structure.
n
Lead large-scale process redesign, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Drive technology enablement including ERP simplification, automation, AI and digital finance solutions.
n
Build a high-performance culture focused on customer service,



operational excellence and measurable business outcomes.
n
Partner closely with executive stakeholders across multiple business divisions to deliver sustainable enterprise-wide change.
n

About You
n
You are an energetic, commercially astute and highly credible finance executive who thrives in complex transformation environments.
n
You will bring:
n
n
Extensive leadership experience within large-scale Finance Shared Services environments.
n
Demonstrated success leading significant finance transformation programs and operating model redesign.
n
Deep understanding of finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting and transactional finance.
n
Experience managing both onshore and offshore Shared Services delivery models.
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead enterprise-wide change.
n
Proven capability building high-performing teams and creating cultures of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
n
Experience implementing or optimising ERP platforms and finance technologies.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance together with CA and/or CPA qualifications.
n
