About the Position: Our client is seeking a Senior Family Lawyer who values high-quality legal work and a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle. Based in Darwin, this prospect places you within a friendly and collaborative team of four experienced lawyers and dedicated support staff.

You'll handle a wide variety of engaging family law matters such as:

Parenting and custody disputes
n
Complex property settlements, including high-asset portfolios
n
Divorce, financial agreements, and de facto relationship issues
n
Relocation and recovery orders
n

About the Candidate

Minimum of 4 years PAE in family law (private practice)
n
Strong experience with complex parenting and property files
n
Client-focused with excellent communication skills
n
Confident in managing files autonomously
n
Keen to engage in a team-focused, people-first culture

Comfortable with performance-based goals

Salary range: $120K-$160K + Super + KPI-driven bonuses
