Overview

Design and implement the AI-powered capabilities across our product suite — from OzlerScribe's voice-to-documentation engine to intelligent compliance gap analysis. You'll own the AI architecture end-to-end.

What you'll do
n

Architect and deploy LLM-based pipelines for document generation, classification, and analysis
n
Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems grounded in Australian regulatory frameworks
n
Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark models for accuracy, latency, and cost
n
Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure AI outputs meet regulatory standards
n
Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety
n
n
What you need
n
n
Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience
n
3+ years experience building production ML/AI systems
n




Deep hands‐on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open‐source models)
n
Strong Python skills; experience with LangChain, vector databases, and cloud ML infrastructure
n
Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
