Role – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

Location: Brisbane, Australia
n
Salary: AUD 150,********,215 (Annual Gross)
n
Please Note:- The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.

Job Summary:
n
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions for a prominent education services client in Australia. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 architecture, custom development, and integration across modules, with a strong understanding of the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the education sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:
n
n
Participate in Discovery workshops with Customer and provide them with technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
n
Create Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
n
Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
n
Create plugins, workflows and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault etc.
n
Leading the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
n




Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
n
Create Data Migration Plan and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools.
n

Skill / Competencies / Experience:
n
ESSENTIAL
n
n
Valuable knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
n
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
n
n
PREFERRED
n
n
Has experience of at least 8 years as Developer, Technical Lead or Solution Designer on D365 CRM platform
n
Working experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
n
n
ADDITIONAL
n
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
