Position requirements
n
n
Providing input to the shaping and development of the front end project phases for infrastructure – feasibility studies, business cases, transaction services, delivery services.
n
Delivering strategy, development, transaction, delivery services for projects on behalf of government agencies or bidding consortiums.
n
Providing commercial, technical or process related services to develop and deliver major infrastructure projects.
n
Deliver a high-quality project management capability and undertake project delivery tasks independently.
n
Anticipate and elevate issues with clients and stakeholders through conflict resolution / negotiation, including assisting more junior team members.
n
Being an active member of the team and developing expansion opportunities for a growing business.
n




Proactively develop business with existing and new clients on behalf of and under the direction of management with a focus on achieving an increased market share of the infrastructure consultancy sector.
n
Leading on relationships building with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, statutory authorities, contractors, and end users
n
Actively participate in strategy planning to identify business opportunities; and develop plans for converting opportunities to winnable work.
n
Support the Bids Team in actively undertaking business development by writing proposals / submissions, nurturing, and maintaining external relationships and promoting MBB Group.

About you
n
To be considered you need to have at least 5 – 10 years working in consultancy or client‐side business advisory or equivalent (essential) with well‐developed project management skills across transport infrastructure and:

Tertiary qualification(s) in law, engineering, commerce or business management, including procurement and/or contract management.
n
Superior stakeholder and client management skills
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong business acumen and critical thinking able to work autonomously.
n
Strong self‐motivation, looking to drive your career.
n
