Super Retail Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to lead and develop a team of Payroll Officers and Administrators across ANZ. Reporting to the Group Payroll Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day payroll operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive process improvements for 16,000+ team members.

You will coach and mentor staff, manage monthly payroll tax, superannuation and 3rd party payments, stay ahead of legislative changes, and act as the go-to expert for ABS returns
