Your new role
n
As a Senior Production Draftsperson, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed construction documentation across a variety of residential projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, estimating, and construction teams to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include

Producing detailed working drawings and documentation using ArchiCAD
n
Coordinating and resolving design and drafting issues throughout the production phase
n
Ensuring plans comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards
n
Liaising with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders
n
Mentoring junior drafters and contributing to team development
n




Managing multiple projects and maintaining deadlines in a fast-paced environment
n

To be successful in this role, you will bring proven drafting experience within the residential building sector and solid technical capability.

You will have

Demonstrated experience as a Production Draftsperson in a residential build environment
n
Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential)
n
Strong knowledge of Australian building regulations, standards, and construction methods
n
Experience in volume or project home building environments
n
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight timelines
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
