- Lead and manage testing activities across projects or workstreams to ensure quality outcomes
n
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and approaches aligned to delivery objectives
n
- Coordinate testing activities across functional, integration, system, and UAT phases
n
- Manage test schedules, environments, data, and dependencies
n
- Review and approve test cases, scripts, and test evidence produced by the team
n
- Defect management including triage, prioritisation, and coordination with delivery teams
n
- Provide regular testing status, quality metrics, and risk reporting to stakeholders
n
- Ensure testing aligns with governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements
n
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and automation
n
n
Required Skills & Qualifications
n
n




- 5+ years' experience in Software Testing, with experience in a Lead Tester or Test Lead role
n
- Strong experience across functional, integration, and system testing
n
- Experience defining test strategies and managing end-to-end test delivery
n
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent)
n
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
n
- Strong understanding of SDLC and quality assurance best practices
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
