COS is seeking a Team Manager - Production to lead the Brisbane distribution centre, driving performance, safety and efficiency across warehousing and logistics. You will report to the DC Manager and develop Team Leaders to build long-term capability.
With a degree in business/logistics and at least 5 years in warehouse leadership, you will ensure WHS compliance, oversee inbound/outbound and production activities, and optimise shift resources.
