We are recruiting an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to oversee a fully funded, two-year program transforming three Disability Enterprises into sustainable, jobs-focused social enterprises. This role combines strategic consulting, program leadership, and meaningful social impact.

The Role

Analyse current business and operating models and develop future-state designs.
n
Build and lead project teams using structured consulting and project methodologies.
n
Create transformation roadmaps and manage delivery, reporting, and risk.
n
Work closely with executives, Boards, and partner organisations to build capability and embed change.
n
Identify funding opportunities and develop strategic partnerships across sectors.
n
Provide mentoring, guidance, and hands‐on support to ensure long‐term sustainability.

About You
n
n
Proven experience in Strategy Consulting including Transformation and Implementation.
n




Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical implementation.
n
Skilled in stakeholder management and engagement at executive and Board levels.
n
Proven leadership with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
n
Experience working with NFP's.
n
Degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
