About the role

This is a career-defining opportunity for a driven automotive finance professional to step into a flagship Toyota site and maximise earnings.

You'll take ownership of the F&I; function, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
n
Key responsibilities

Manage all finance and insurance processes from application to approval
n
Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers
n
Build strong relationships with lenders and insurance partners




n
Work closely with Sales to maximise conversion and customer satisfaction
n
Stay up to date with compliance, lender policies, and industry trends
n

Skills and Experiences:

What you'll bring

Proven experience as a Business Manager / F&I; Manager in a dealership
n
Strong financial acumen and deal structuring capability
n
High energy, results-driven mindset in a volume environment
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Solid understanding of dealership systems and finance processes
