Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Value Stream Manager for PVC, Sewing and Signs to lead daily operations, drive protected production, and ensure on-time delivery. You will manage a team of 25+ across multiple areas, uphold quality standards and foster continuous improvement within the value stream.

You will collaborate with planning, quality, and engineering to remove blockers, optimise workflow and support customer requirements. A strong leadership background and Lean experience are essential.
