As a Regional Manager at Lovisa, you'll lead a portfolio of 6–9 stores, empower store managers, drive commercial performance, and create exceptional customer experiences across your region. What You'll Be Doing

Lead High‐Performing Teams: Inspire, coach, and develop store managers to achieve exceptional results while fostering a positive and engaging culture.

Drive Commercial Success: Take ownership of sales performance, profitability, KPIs,



and operational excellence across your region.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Champion Lovisa's customer‐first philosophy and ensure every store consistently delivers an outstanding brand experience.
n
Develop Future Leaders: Identify talent, build succession plans, and create growth opportunities for your people.
n
Manage Regional Operations: Ensure stores operate efficiently through effective rostering, wage management, compliance, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
n
Protect the Business: Drive strong loss prevention practices and shrinkage awareness while maintaining operational standards.

What We're Looking For

Passion for fashion, retail, and customer experience
n
Proven leadership experience in a fast‐paced retail environment
n
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
n
Exceptional coaching and people‐development skills
n
Ability to influence, motivate, and inspire multiple teams
n
Strong organisational and operational management capabilities
n
Experience leading multiple stores or flagship locations highly regarded
n
A hands‐on leader who enjoys being in stores and supporting teams
