About the role
n
The People and Culture Business Partner will play a pivotal role in change management and cultural enrichment.
n
Working collaboratively with the leadership team across a designated portfolio, you will drive and implement employee-centric initiatives aligned with organisational goals. By fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and aligning with global objectives, you will support the organisation's success and promote a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Build strong partnerships with leadership to drive strategic support and serve as the primary point of contact for all state-based P&C; activities.
n
Collaborate with leadership in the development and execution of the engagement strategy.
n
Offer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters to foster a positive work environment.
n
Monitor employment legislation changes, updating policies and procedures accordingly.
n
Support the implementation of governance structures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
n
Assist leadership in implementing recruitment and selection processes.
n
Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagement.
n
Support the performance management process,



facilitating training and development activities.
n
Assist with the execution of competitive remuneration strategies.
n
Manage reward and recognition programs.
n
Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities.
n

Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience
n
Proven experience working in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a high-performance culture and dynamic environment
n
Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
n
Strong understanding of organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, and culture transformation
n
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
n
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
n
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
n
Ability to analyse complex situations and provide strategic HR solutions
n
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
n
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications
n
