Responsibilities

This role covers a broad and meaningful workload: from succession planning and probate to powers of attorney and trust structuring,



providing sophisticated advice to a predominantly high-net-worth client base. There is also a litigation element, with occasional mediations and complex estate administration matters.

Qualifications
n
A practitioner with at least three years' PAE in Wills & Estates.
